Amber Ivey, MPA, JD
Amber Ivey is a highly respected expert in process improvement and data management. Her passion for using data to drive positive outcomes has made her a sought-after leader, with over ten years of experience leading dynamic teams. She has a proven track record of success in improving outcomes for individuals, communities, and companies. As a Vice President at a non-profit, Amber is leading the charge in driving government impact and is a strong advocate for bridging the gap between technology, data, and public policy. Her expertise in this area is further showcased through her research on state data use at The Pew Charitable Trusts and her presentations as a speaker at prominent events such as South by Southwest (SXSW) and the Governor’s Data Analytics Summit. Amber is committed to collaborating with partners to have a more meaningful impact and to work towards a more equitable future, leveraging her expertise in data, leadership, and public policy.

Tiffany Davis, MPA
Tiffany C. Davis is an open data advocate who works to improve government data practices and help solve complex challenges through the use of data and evidence. As the Director of the Bloomberg Center for Government Excellence at Johns Hopkins University, she leads a team of senior advisors who provide technical assistance and coaching to city government leaders. Tiffany has worked with numerous partners including foundations, academic institutions, local and state governments, and non-profit organizations to sustain data practices through training and education. Prior to joining JHU, she led initiatives on neighborhood revitalization and data management for the Maryland Department of Housing & Community Development. With a track record of success in managing programs, grants, and data governance, Tiffany is dedicated to providing impactful and equitable services to residents.

Fatima Smith, MSW
Fatima Smith is a social justice advocate and founder of FMS Speaks. With over ten years of experience, she has become a sought after speaker and consultant, engaging professionals in discussions on power, privilege, and oppression in organizational and institutional settings. She has dedicated her career to advocating for anti-violence work and racial justice, leading professional development experiences for individuals in state and local government, higher education, and nonprofits. Fatima has a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from George Mason University and a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has been recognized for her work and named a Richmond Times Dispatch Person of the Year honoree, VCU's Top 40 Under 40, and GMU's Top 50 Exemplar Alumni. Fatima is also the founder of Collective 365, which invests in Black & Brown communities through grants.

Dr. Estelle Young, PHD
Dr. Estelle Young has helped non-profit and public institutions build capacity for three decades. Specialties include college access and completion, evidence-based program design, data-informed project management, and grant writing. She is the co-author/co-host (with A. Yvette Myrick) of book and podcast Thriving in Higher Education Careers. Her nursing retention program won the 2011 Noel Levitz Retention Excellence Award. She holds a BA and MA from UW-Madison and Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University.

Sareeta Spriggs is a highly skilled and strategic business professional who brings a positive outlook and a passion for community influence to her work as a consultant and speaker. With a background in operations, program/project management, and financial management, Sareeta has a keen eye for data and technology. She holds an MBA and is certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Women's Leadership/Entrepreneurship from Cornell.
Sareeta takes pride in her ability to foster inclusive cultures and boost team engagement. Sareeta has received several awards, including Inside Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40, National Urban League East Coast Young Professional of the Year, and Outstanding Alumni of the Year from her graduate institution.

Rudy DeLeon Dinglas, MPA
Rudy DeLeon Dinglas is dedicated to bridging the realities of public management and academia in ways that are operational and practical. His work as an expert on public policy, administration, data and performance practices spans across borders - he has worked with states and cities across the US and central Europe. Rudy leads a team at the Bloomberg Center to help mayors and government executives build data management capabilities through coaching, training, and technical assistance. The team provides practical skills, tools, and knowledge to executives in the US, Canada, and Latin America.
He has received the Emerging Leader Award of Excellence for his dedication to performance-based governance and has a background in local government performance management, strategic planning, transportation policy, and emergency services. Rudy is pursuing a PhD in public management at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Akeish Forsythe, M.Ed.
Akeish Forsythe is an exceptional expert in the realm of strategic planning, leadership coaching, and executive training. With extensive experience working with national and international, state and local governments, she has helped numerous stakeholders and funders navigate complex situations. Her primary responsibility has been analyzing data to determine strategic priorities, articulate visions, and implement performance management programs. She has facilitated strategic conversations, resulting in actionable priorities, goals, metrics, and targets, and has also created coaching programs for Mayors and senior teams throughout the Americas. Akeish's impressive education background, which includes a Master of Education from Johns Hopkins University and several post-master's certifications, has given her the tools necessary to make meaningful change in the world of government planning and leadership coaching.

Gabriel Alvaro, PMP
Gabriel is a results-driven and visionary Project Management Professional with a proven record of leading projects from concept to completion in the higher education and government innovation spaces. He has a talent for aligning cross-functional teams and creating systems to deliver organizational objectives. Currently, he works at the Bloomberg Center for Government Excellence at Johns Hopkins University, where he coordinates the design, development, and delivery of the Bloomberg Philanthropies Cities Data Alliance and the execution of the Centers service delivery model in the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative. He has experience working in Ecuador, where he piloted and launched a higher education division offering degrees to underserved students. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, as well as PMP and Scrum Master certifications. Currently he is completing a Master's degree in Analytics and Artificial Intelligence at Georgia Tech University.
